Abbotsford: 174  Hampden Road.

We were asked by a strata company to assess the water ingress within the internal walls of 4 apartments, what we deduced was that the old existing alcor dampocourse had infact failed over time.  We were then asked top provide a solution whereby we installed approximatly 40m of continuous cavity bandage,  we can report that this was a complete sucess.

Potts Point: 11 Challis Avenue.

Another success story where we were asked to provide a long lasting solution for there old bitumenous membrane which was leaking into 2 units of this art deco block in potts point,  we provided a solution whereby all the old membrane was removed carefully,  we ground the old concrete slab back to as new, and provided an expoxy coat and a polyurethane membrane to suit.  During extreme rain events in Sydney CBD in 2007 we were notified that there wasnt even a drip. The exec committee was extremly happy with out works and pricing.

Bondi: 3-5 Rockley Street:

This mid 60's building was sufferring from cavity issue's whereby a previous attempt had been made at the cavity flashings,  we were approached by a strata company to attend and assess, we highlighted that the cavity works were in fact faulty and were still causing mould inside the main walls of 2 units and could have caused illness.  We removed the brickworks on both sides and made a full continous cavity membrane within the inside cavity,  this resulted in a much dryer unit with no more pungent mould odour's

Coogee: 94 Mount Street:

The exec committe, had water ingress issues on their 70's  concrete canopies whereby the water was not only soaking the slab and causing water ingress to the foyer walls, but the water in substantial rain was overflowing at the rear of teh canopies,  Not only were we able to wateproof the canopies sucessfuly, we also removed the existing spitter pipes for run off, and we fabricated 2 custom designed stainless steel rainwater heads for the canopies to capture the water run off before we were able to exit it down and into the garden beds below through 2 four inch stainless but colourcoded pipes.

Surry Hills 265 Crown Street:

This Building was built with little to no membrane work on the top tier slabs of the roof top gardens,  The Exec Committe called us in, and asked us to find the source of the leaks and mould in the cornices and other areas of the ceilings of the units,  it wasnt to hard to work out that there was no membrane oin parts,  therefore we pinpointed the exact spots and then quoted to remove the tiles in square meter areas at a time, rather than spend 100K removing the lot.  We removed about 20Sqm of a 400Sqm are in total,  and waterproofed the slab and re-tiled as original, we cured the water ingress and saved the strata 1000's in costs, another complete success for Watersedge waterproofing.
