Water Penetration Problems

Our strength lies in the investigation and remedy of the most difficult of water penetration problems that any building can have.

Our works cover water ingress from rooftop to external balcony affecting the internal areas of units, podium levels and to below ground level car parking areas.

Where required our work can include the use of swinging stages in elevated positions.

Watersedge are often used as a last line of defence by Building Management firms where others have failed.


Roof & Podium Membranes 

Roofing of metal and membrane are areas where we have great experience.

The replacement of metal roofing, flashing and box gutters and the detailing of all penetrations through roof coverings such as air conditioning shaft vents, sky lighted areas etc.

Storm water outlets and pipe work from rooftop to underground discharge mains is also part of our roofing work.

Membrane repairs quite often require the removal of large areas of tiles on trafficable rooftops and the replacement with new membranes and re-tiling as necessary

Metal Roofing

Our experience has been gained from large roofing projects from power stations and shopping centres to smaller factories and commercial buildings.

All aspects of roof work such as the installation of wire mesh, sizal installation, sheeting, flashings, box gutter sumps, stormwater lines and ventilation on both new and replacement works.

Plumbing & Pipework

Our work includes location of leaking hot and cold water pipes, leaking stack work in large buildings as well as liasing with Insurance Assessors and Councils for the duration of the work, on behalf of clients.

We will attend Committee meetings to assist Proprietors and Strata Management and to answer any questions on rectification work, or to explain how we will carry out the work specified in our quotation.
